If you have a policy with us and you need to report a claim, you can choose our online claim reporting feature, which makes the reporting of your auto claim more convenient than ever.
In just 5 minutes, you can file a claim – and you never have to pick up the phone! Once completed, your claim will be routed to a representative, who will begin working on your claim as soon as possible.
When you are ready to make a claim online, simply visit our website. On the homepage, click on Claims, then choose either to ‘Make Claim’ or ‘Track Claim’. When you choose to Make Claim, you will be required to enter your Policy Number or Certificate Number or Vehicle Registration Number your car registration number.
After choosing the preferred or the most appropriate, a One-Time Password (OTP) would be sent to your email address in order to authenticate your identity, input the password to gain access to your policy details. Upon login, you will be required to input all relevant information and upload documents, then click submit.
Once submitted, you will receive an email from us on the successful submission of the claim.
Our online, real-time tracking feature is the fastest way to know the status of your claim without having to speak with our customer service representatives. You will be required to simply enter the unique claim tracking number sent to your email address and then the status of your claim would be displayed.
